Be your own Guru

No one who walks through life with open eyes and alert senses in search of ultimate knowledge needs a guru to explain his world to him for himself. All experiences, all beings, all being, all sensory impressions are a teacher for him, leading him to his own inner knowledge. The Buddha word „a right view is created by the voice of another and one’s own reflection“ applies in the sense that the respective stimulus coming from outside, which is perceived through our sense organs, should be considered in one’s own inner being so that personal truth can unfold.
No being that has progressed further on the path to knowledge will ever understand or want to understand himself as a guru who wants to make his truth the truth of others. Every „real“ teacher is deeply aware that he receives, serves as a „channel“ in addition only, and achieves this task through his own search in the continuous Now. If he gives up his own search, the knowledge dries up. Completion is: searching and the knowledge of the search. Life is movement.
Consciousness measures itself gradually and corresponds to the respective needs and requirements of each species.
Human consciousness lives from the fact that it mostly does not recognize which impulses from the spectrum of reality accessible to it are brought to it. Our brain pre-selects all information that may penetrate our memory within the framework of biological mechanisms of action in order to shape our personal reality through our perception. This selection made by our mind is reflected in our individual genetic code, with which we enter life and which is „programmed“ anew in the course of each life by our experience. This means that the genome itself is successively reshaped by the experiences we make in our lives. One causes the other – and vice versa. So when we offer our mind the possibility to mature, we create the condition to actively change our genome in a beneficial way. Information – and the consciousness that is composed of it – is a procedural result of sending and receiving. Every truth, every reality, every single piece of information is in the duality of our experienceable reality always dependent on two poles – sender and receiver, analogously: cathode and anode. Here too the Buddha word: „A right view is created by the voice of another and one’s own reflection“ is applicable. In other words: Our searching causes our growth. The goal is the journey – the journey is the goal. This is not the same thing.
„Maturation“, spiritual progress, is the result of humility. Humility is not: living false modesty. On the contrary. It is accompanied by an awareness of one’s own abilities. Humility, the consequence of which is knowledge, is sustained by the thought that one’s own knowledge is always limited knowledge and yet bears witness to established ethical positions. Understanding that no being can ever bundle ALL knowledge in itself, since we all create our reality – and thus GOD’s reality – anew in every moment, may we attain perfection.
The living possibility to get „access“ to the Akashic Chronicle, to the God-reality of all Being, by sharpening our perception and connecting the received information via our senses (consciousness as such is also to be considered a sense organ) with our inner truth, is always given. If we are carried by the deep and firm inner desire to help all beings to their salvation, heaven will not deny us its help. Meditation is an excellent means to check our experiences – the sensory perceptions that our innermost being encounters. In it we can better recognize our motivations and thus learn to distinguish between our wishes for others and their own wishes for ourselves.
What is a wish? A wish is hope. Striving. Growing. To live. Everything.
When we set out to find a teacher by seeking to find our truth in the outside world, this only shows that we have not yet become teachers ourselves. We later recognize this as a – sometimes useful – step on the way to truth. If we formulate the desire within us to be our own teacher, we will sooner or later gain all the knowledge we thirst for from within ourselves – by understanding ALL experience as our teacher.
No one needs a guru – but we all need friends.
Searching requires creating. To create is to live.

May we reflect and meditate on it.
